What is VAMOS?

VAMOS, the Video and Mic Off Salon, is a series of 30 minute virtual gatherings that invite participants to come together for a short film viewing followed by a guided journaling/reflection session in a pressure-free environment. Prompts and exercises are all inspired by the short film viewed during the Salon. The purpose of this this Salon is to encourage intentional reflection, structured writing, and freedom dreams in a way that doesn’t require anyone to be perceived.
